Unload cargo
When unloading, try to stop the car as much as possible. Wet ground must always pay attention to whether the road surface is subsidence, and whether the rear wheels are inclined due to the weight of the car lifting and moving back. If there is, it is necessary to choose topping according to the inclination and the remaining amount of the goods. If you incline too much, you have to put it to the end to get started. Don't start halfway, it's very dangerous.

Principle of hydraulic system
The hydraulic system of the front lift dump truck is mainly composed of a telescopic oil cylinder, a pneumatically controlled directional valve, an oil tank and accessories. By operating the air control pilot valve in the cab, the telescopic cylinder can be lowered, stopped, and lifted. The telescopic oil cylinder is a multi-stage plunger cylinder, and the air control reversing valve is dropped by gravity after being switched. The angle limit valve can ensure that the cargo compartment is unloaded at the maximum lifting angle, and prevents the cargo compartment from being too large and causing a rollover.

Common Problems
(1) The carriage cannot be lowered.
The carriage cannot be lowered, which may be the failure of the air control pilot valve, the failure of the air control directional valve, and the deformation of the cylinder. Should first check whether there is a main air source, operate the air control pilot valve to observe whether there is gas out. Secondly, check whether the air cavity of the air control reversing valve is connected to the air, and whether the valve core is stuck. Finally, check whether the telescopic cylinder barrel is deformed, and whether the stabilizer or the carriage is deformed.
(2) The cylinder is not fully lifted
If the cylinder is not fully lifted, there may be insufficient hydraulic oil, malfunction of the angle limit valve, gear pump and relief valve. We should first check whether the oil level of the fuel tank is sufficient, and whether the angle limit valve is installed in the correct position. Then check whether the gear pump has serious internal leakage and the pressure setting of the relief valve is correct.
(3) The dump trailer body cannot be lifted. The trailer body cannot be lifted because of overload, power take-off, etc. Should first check whether the tip trailer is overloaded and unloaded on the slope. Second, check whether the pressure of the air source is sufficient, whether the trachea is bent, and whether the power take-off is combined. Finally, to check the hydraulic system problems, you can disassemble the oil pipe, observe whether the gear pump is out of oil, and check whether the gas control directional valve and the overflow valve are stuck.

Air filter: There is a lot of dust on the construction site, and the air filter element is very easy to be dirty. If the filter element is not maintained and replaced in time, it will cause insufficient air intake, resulting in black smoke from the engine, high fuel consumption, and fuel leakage from the supercharger. What's more, if the filter element is damaged, the dust is directly sucked into the cylinder, which will cause early engine wear and burn engine oil!

If the odometer is inaccurate, the engine oil can be changed according to the accumulated working hours, every 500 hours.
