1. The powder storage container has been sealed for a long time. When restarting, start the air compressor and blow it out 2-3 times. After the experiment is correct, record and then transport the cement.
2. Never open the filler cap when there is air pressure in the powder container. First you need to open the outlet valve. To confirm, the pressure value on the display is 0. Only when gas does not come out of the outlet pipe can the supply port cover be opened.

3. When loading bulk cement into the bulk cement tank, the feed inlet must be equipped with a filter device to prevent agglomerated cement, paper bags, cotton yarn and other foreign matter from entering the tank and making it difficult to unload bulk cement.
4. It is strictly forbidden to use braking methods to increase the capacity of the powder tanker.
5. When the pressure of the powder tank is 0.196 MPa, open the unloading valve and unload the bulk cement into a regular warehouse on a flat surface (no joint). Reduce the pressure if necessary.
6. Check the air compressor frequently for grease leaks. If it is lost, it should be filled in time so as not to damage the air compressor.
7. When loading and unloading a cement truck, it is exactly forbidden to stand near the cement truck.
8. The powder storage tank should keep the delivery hose and connections in good condition.
9. When unloading the bulk cement, the operator must pay attention that the change in the pressure gauge did not exceed the specified value (2 MPa).
The pressure in the tank shell of the tank is usually controlled by a person. The explosion was mainly due to improper operation. Here we solemnly remind cement truck operators to pay attention to the following points:
1.The cement tanker is exposed to overpressure during the entire unloading process, which can be divided into three situations: the unloading valve is under pressure, and later the unloading opens late and the pressure is too high. Due to excessive air supply, the discharge volume of a previously discharged reservoir may cause overpressure; a blockage in the pipeline during the venting process can easily cause overpressure.
2. During loading and unloading operations, the operator should at all times monitor the pressure and discharge in the storage tank and ensure that the air compressor is in good working order. When removing ash, keep in mind the condition of the pressure gauge and safety valve!
3. If you need to open the lid of the trailer to transport a gas cylinder, before starting work, make sure that there is no difference in pressure between the inside and outside of the cylinder (note that the pressure gauge needle is at "0"). When the fuel tank is under negative pressure, the cap cannot be opened due to excessive pressure, and when the pressure is high (positive pressure), the danger is even greater. If you open it slightly, you can accidentally die in flight.
If the pressure in the cylinder exceeds the specified pressure, measures should be taken to reduce the pressure immediately. Many drivers like to sleep or leave the scene at this time, which is very dangerous. During loading and unloading, if the air compressor or pipeline valve is defective, emergency stop measures should be taken immediately and the operation should be stopped so that nothing is lost.
