If you need to open the lid of the gas cylinder transport trailer, you must ensure that there is no pressure difference between the inside and outside of the tank (observe that the pointer of the pressure gauge is "0") before operation. When the fuel tank is under negative pressure, the cover cannot be opened due to the excessive pressure, and the danger is even greater when the pressure is over (positive pressure). If you open it lightly, you may accidentally be killed by flying.
3. During the loading and unloading operation, the operator needs to monitor the pressure and discharge in the storage tank at any time, and must ensure that the air compressor is in good working condition. During the ash discharge process, the status of the pressure gauge and pressure relief valve must be kept in mind!
If the pressure in the tank is found to exceed the specified pressure, pressure reduction measures should be taken immediately.
