Fuel tanker trailers, also known as oil trucks, diesel tanker trailers, etc., are mainly used for the transportation and storage of petroleum derivatives. This Rwanda customer requires the fuel tanker drawbar trailer with 25 cubic meters, 3 compartments, For a large fuel tanker trailer, there may be more than one transportation medium. At this time, it is necessary to separate the tank body to transport multiple media at the same time.
Generally, a fuel tanker trailer with a tank volume of 11 cubic meters or more is most suitable for multiple compartments. There are two reasons. One is that if the tank volume is small, multiple warehouses will increase the price of tank trucks. The second is that if the volume of the tank is small, a partition must be installed in the tank, which will occupy a certain proportion of the space and reduce the tonnage of the oil. Take gasoline and diesel transportation as an example, the tank body of the oil truck is divided. The two bins are loaded with gasoline and diesel respectively.
After the oil tanks are divided into compartments, the oil loading/unloading pipeline arrangement is to install a pipe separately for each tank, and each compartment needs a manhole cover, so when loading and unloading oil, you only need to open each compartments valve.

The polyurethane paint has strong adhesion and corrosion resistance.
Install ABS

Emergency cut-off device
The tank truck is equipped with an emergency cut-off device. The emergency cut-off device is a safety device installed at the oil interface of the oil tanker trailer. When the pipeline ruptures or the medium leaks due to other reasons, the flow rate of the medium in the pipe increases, and the valve will immediately close by itself. Emergency stop leakage to prevent a large amount of medium leakage and avoid or reduce accidents.
Equipped with electrostatic belt
Tank trucks must be equipped with static belts. The static conductive rubber tow belt is installed on the bottom of the diesel tanker trailer. It can lead static electricity into the ground to keep the tank at zero potential and prevent static sparks.
Air suspension
When the carrying weight exceeds a certain value, the semi-trailer for transportation of dangerous goods shall be equipped with an air suspension. This is because the most dangerous thing in the transportation of dangerous goods is the friction and bumps of dangerous chemicals during transportation. Equipped with an air suspension can make the bumps of the dangerous goods and reduce the friction coefficient, making it safer.
